AAAL’s mission is to create nurturing learning experiences where we teach children, parents, and educators to acknowledge, respect, and apply the history, culture, and contributions of Africa and African peoples to ultimately help children discover, understand and celebrate their capacity for genius.

The measure of our success is when our children have the confidence to thrive, the confidence to succeed and the confidence to boldly impact the world. The following organizational goals reflect these core values.
